These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Vet Claim Ops website, communications, and related services. By accessing our website or purchasing or using Vet Claim Ops services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Educational Coaching Services
Vet Claim Ops provides educational and coaching services designed to help veterans better understand the VA disability claims process, organize information, understand evidence requirements, prepare for appointments and examinations, and make informed decisions regarding their own claims.
Vet Claim Ops is not a law firm, Veterans Service Organization, or VA-accredited representative.
Vet Claim Ops is not affiliated with or endorsed by the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, any government agency, or any accredited Veterans Service Organization (VSO).
Each veteran remains responsible for their own claim, information, representations, submissions, and filing decisions.
2. No Legal or Medical Advice
Information provided through the Vet Claim Ops website, communications, consultations, educational materials, or coaching services is for educational purposes only.
Nothing provided by Vet Claim Ops should be interpreted as legal or medical advice.
Questions requiring legal, medical, or other licensed professional judgment should be directed to an appropriately licensed or accredited professional.
3. No Guaranteed Results
Vet Claim Ops does not guarantee any particular VA disability rating, percentage, monetary award, effective date, claim approval, or other outcome.
Past client experiences, testimonials, reviews, ratings, examples, or educational materials do not guarantee future results.
VA disability claims are determined by the Department of Veterans Affairs based on the individual facts, evidence, applicable law, and circumstances of each claim.
4. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide truthful and accurate information when interacting with Vet Claim Ops.
You remain responsible for reviewing information and documents related to your claim and determining what information you submit to the Department of Veterans Affairs or any other organization.
You agree not to use Vet Claim Ops services to create, submit, or support false, misleading, fraudulent, or fabricated information.
5. SMS Messaging Terms
If you voluntarily opt in to receive text messages from Vet Claim Ops, you agree to receive text messages consistent with the consent you provided.
Messages may include communications regarding your inquiry, appointments, scheduling, onboarding, services, coaching-related communications, account or service updates, and, where separately authorized, marketing or promotional communications.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out of text messaging at any time by replying STOP.
After replying STOP, you may receive a confirmation message indicating that you have been unsubscribed. You will no longer receive messages from that messaging program unless you opt in again.
If you wish to receive messages again after opting out, you may complete an applicable opt-in form or otherwise provide consent again.

If these Terms conflict with a signed agreement governing a specific Vet Claim Ops service, the applicable signed agreement will control with respect to that service.

Unless otherwise indicated, the Vet Claim Ops website and its content—including text, graphics, branding, logos, educational materials, videos, designs, processes, and other materials—are owned by or licensed to Vet Claim Ops.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed, republished, sold, or commercially exploited without authorization from Vet Claim Ops, except as permitted by applicable law.

We do not guarantee that the website or any particular feature will always be available without interruption or error.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Vet Claim Ops will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the website or educational/coaching services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your continued use of the website or services following an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Additional agreements may apply to specific Vet Claim Ops coaching programs or services.
If there is a conflict between these general website Terms and an applicable signed service agreement, the signed agreement will govern with respect to that specific service.
